Three people have been injured after a car ploughed into an op shop in Palm Beach.

Emergency services were called to the Salvos store on Eight Avenue around 4.30pm on Wednesday.

A white Honda hatchback had crashed through the front of the store, reportedly hitting a woman inside.

A female in her 60s suffered leg injuries and was transported to hospital in a stable condition.

A woman in her 80s, understood to be the driver of the hatchback, was also assessed by paramedics.

A third person suffered chest injuries in the incident but is in a stable condition.
