Monster Machinery Day

Now in its 20th year and as one of the city’s most popular events, it gives locals a chance to experience the machinery transforming and maintaining the Gold Coast.

This year this free family event is bigger and better than ever: Spread across an entire kilometre of the Broadwater Parklands’ Great and Southern Lawns, why not bring the kids’ scooters or bikes to save their little legs? There will even be a maintenance mechanic to freshen up your wheels!

There’ll be free activities on offer including live machinery demonstrations, a super slide, a rock climbing wall and the kid crowd pleaser; giant sand pit. And as an extra treat this year, the Pacific Airshow will have one of their planes on display!

And let’s not forget your favourite trucks – the food trucks!
