If you have heard something on 1029 Hot Tomato that you think breaches the Commercial Radio Codes of Practice (Codes), the first thing to do is to make a complaint in writing directly to us using the form below.

You must provide the information below so that we can carry out our internal investigations to identify the program complained about. Your complaint cannot be made more than 30 days after the broadcast.

How we deal with your complaint

On receiving a valid complaint we will resolve the complaint by writing back to the complainant at the address supplied.

If you are not satisfied with our response you are then entitled to refer the matter to the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA). The ACMA cannot accept complaints about the quality of programs or the accuracy of advertisements.
