The search is on for a mystery Lotto winner on the Gold Coast.
The Lott has put a call out to track down the lucky local, who was one of nine people to take out Saturday’s Gold Lotto jackpot, each pocketing a cool $740,000.
As the entry was not registered to a player card or online account, officials have no way of making contact with the winner to break the exciting news.
Instead, they’re eagerly awaiting for the mystery ticketholder to check their ticket and come forward.
The winning entry was purchased from Nerang Fair News & Gifts at the Nerang Fair Shopping Centre.
“Our mystery winner is likely oblivious to the fact they’ve won more than $740,000 in the weekend’s Saturday Gold Lotto draw,” The Lott spokesperson Khat McIntyre said.
“We can’t wait to speak to this winner and confirm the exciting news. It’s the type of surprise that could make 2026 unforgettable.
“We’re urging anybody who purchased a ticket from Nerang Fair News & Gifts to check their tickets today because you could be the mystery winner we’re searching for.
“If this person realises they’re the mystery winner we’re searching for, they can call us on 131 868 to begin the prize claim process.”
The winning numbers in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 4643 were 38, 8, 35, 19, 44 and 9, while the supplementary numbers were 23 and 33.
