Delta Goodrem has stormed into the Eurovision Grand Final after a stunning performance in this morning’s semi-final in Vienna.
She is Australia’s 11th entry at the world-famous song contest, with many pundits saying Delta is our greatest chance yet of winning the title.
Dressed in a striking gold dress adorned with crystals, Delta took to the stage in front of a packed arena and a huge worldwide TV audience to perform her original song, Eclipse.
Her performance began inside a large moon structure, before moving down a catwalk to a shimmering gold grand piano.
It wasn’t just a prop either, with Delta showing off her musical talents on the piano.
Her performance culminated in being lifted from the stage on a rising podium which had the crowd in raptures.
After her performance, it was a long wait while votes from across the world were tallied up.
But it wasn’t long before Australia was announced as one of Sunday’s grand-finalists.
