The Burleigh Bears and Headspace Southport are teaming up for Headstrong with Headspace – a free community event all about supporting young men’s mental health.
Come down on Saturday, 25 July, from 9am–1pm at UAA Oval, 80 Pacific Ave, Miami to enjoy free massages, barber cuts, protein snacks, rugby games, community stalls, and more.
Bring your mates, support the Bears, and help start conversations around mental health. Everyone is welcome.
