Why She Is Stepping Back

Grande reflected on how the past decade, marked by both success and trauma, reshaped her priorities. After experiencing events like the Manchester attack and the loss of Mac Miller, she said she is eager to slow down and focus on what feels right creatively. “I am very excited for this small tour,” she said, adding that another one might not happen “for a long, long time.”

Fans flooded social media with reactions, some suggesting she might be soft-launching her retirement. Australian fans were especially disappointed because the tour will only visit North America and the UK. Many expressed heartbreak that she has not performed in Australia in nearly a decade and said the omission felt like a disappointment to fans there.
