Think your neighbours are annoying? Netflix’s latest true crime series might make you appreciate them a whole lot more.

Following the success of Worst Roommate Ever and Worst Ex Ever, Netflix is expanding its popular “Worst Ever” franchise with a brand-new docuseries, Worst Neighbor Ever, arriving on July 1.

The four-part series explores shocking real-life cases involving neighbours whose behaviour escalated far beyond everyday disputes. Through firsthand interviews, police bodycam footage, and dramatic reenactments, the series uncovers stories involving intimidation, deception, violence, and even homicide investigations.

The trailer offers a glimpse into the chaos, with victims recounting experiences ranging from constant harassment and stalking to criminal activity and deadly consequences.

One chilling warning from the trailer sums up the series perfectly:

“You never really know who your neighbors are.”
