Investigations are continuing into the cause of a ferocious house fire on the northern Gold Coast.
Emergency crews were called to a home along Sherman Drive in Upper Coomera around 2.30pm on Wednesday following reports a car was on fire.
Upon arrival, fire crews and police found two vehicles engulfed in flames, which also spread to the front of the property.
Crews desperately worked to extinguish the blaze, however the two vehicles and a motorbike were completely destroyed, while the front of the home sustained damage.
Fortunately, no one was home at the time.
Police have confirmed a crime scene has been declared, with detectives urging anyone with information or relevant vision to come forward.
Fire investigators are expected to head back to the scene today to try and piece together exactly what sparked it.
