Concerns for Gold Coast man missing for almost a month

Police are seeking help from the public to locate a man reported missing on the Gold Coast for several weeks.

Jay William Durnan was last seen at a Southport address on July 3.

The 42-year-old has not made contact with anyone since.

Police hold concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.

Jay is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 180cm tall, with a heavy build and short dark brown hair.

Police are appealing to Jay or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact police.
