Police have issued an appeal for help from the public to locate a 30-year-old man missing from Chevron Island for almost two weeks.
Steve Arquilos was last seen leaving a Mawarra Street address around 10am on Friday, September 5, and has not been seen since.

“Police are concerned for his safety as this is out of character,” a QPS statement reads.
“Steve is described as Filipino, with black hair and average build,
“He was last seen wearing a grey hooded jumper, black combat pants, white and blue baseball cap, white canvas shoes, and a black backpack.”
Police are appealing for Steve, or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts, to come forward.
