Driver flees after slamming into parked car

Police are searching for the driver of a car that fled the scene of an accident in Southport.

Officers were called to Fox Avenue at around 4.25pm on Wednesday after a car collided with a parked vehicle.

When Police arrived, the driver of the car was nowhere to be seen.

There were no reports of any injuries following the crash.

Investigations into the accident are continuing as Police work to track down the driver.
