A man has been charged after crashing his car in Surfers Paradise while allegedly drunk.
Emergency services were called to Sunrise Boulevard just before 7.30pm on Thursday.
Upon arrival, they found a car had slammed into a parked vehicle.
The driver, a 22-year-old Helensvale man, was taken into custody by Police for testing.
He allegedly blew more than two-and-a-half times the legal.
The man has been charged with drink-driving and will front court at a later date.
