An e-scooter rider has been injured after being hit by a car in Southport early this morning.
The woman was riding along Nind Street when she was struck at the busy intersection with High Street just before 6am.
Multiple Queensland Ambulance paramedics rushed to the scene along with Queensland Police.
At the time of writing, the woman was being assessed for what’s believed to have been minor injuries.
Motorists travelling through the area are being urged to do so with caution.
