Motorists are being warned of lengthy delays on the Pacific Motorway this morning following a crash.

A trailer has flipped in the southbound lanes just before the Smith Street off-ramp at Exit 66.

It happened around 7.30am, sending peak hour traffic into chaos.

Two lanes have been blocked as a result, with traffic at a standstill all the way back to Upper Coomera.

Motorists are being urged to allow for extra travel time.
