Mystery surrounds the cause of a massive townhouse fire in Labrador overnight.
The property went up in flames on the corner of Muir Street and Imperial Parade around 7pm.
A Queensland Fire Department spokesperson told Hot Tomato crews found the unit fully engulfed upon arrival.
Fortunately, everyone home at the time managed to escape the blaze, with neighbouring townhouses also forced to evacuate as a precaution.
A man in his 60s was taken to hospital with smoke inhalation, while a man in his 40s was transported with minor lower leg burns.
A further four people were assessed by paramedics at the scene but declined a trip to hospital.
Fire investigators will return to the scene today to try and work out what sparked it.
However, police have confirmed they are treating the blaze as non-suspicious.
