A man has bene charged after allegedly threatening people with what appeared to be a gun in Logan.
Police were called to the intersection of George Street and Main Street in Beenleigh around 4.30pm on Wednesday following reports a man was walking around armed and threatening people.
Officers arrived on scene a short time later and took the 23-year-old man into custody.
Thankfully no one was injured during the ordeal.
The man has since been charged with one count each of dangerous conduct with weapon and obstruct police.
He’s due to appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court today.
