A driver is being questioned by Police after crashing into a parked car in Benowa.
The crash happened on Jaeger Way in Benowa at around 8.55pm on Sunday.
A 44-year-old male passenger suffered head and neck injuries in the accident.
He was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
The driver in his 30s is assisting Police with inquiries.
