A man has died after his motorbike collided with a car in Logan.
Police and emergency services were called to Winnetts Road at Daisy Hill around 3.40pm on Sunday following reports of a serious crash between a Nissan Murano Z50 and Honda Vtr250 motorcycle.
Despite desperate efforts by paramedics, the rider of the motorcycle, a 52-year-old Shailer Park man, was declared deceased at the scene.
The driver of the Nissan, a 27-year-old Shailer Park man, was not physically injured.
Police are now appealing for anyone with relevant information, CCTV or dashcam vision to come forward.
Investigations by the Forensic Crash Unit are ongoing.
