Police are investigating after a car crashed into a townhouse at Pacific Pines.
The Holden Commodore ploughed through the wall of a Norris Street property around 2pm on Monday.
The impact is understood to have caused significant structural damage to the unit.
The driver, a man in his 70’s, was treated at the scene by paramedics before being transported to hospital in a stable condition.
Fortunately, no one inside the home was injured.
Investigations are continuing.
