Police are investigating two separate crashes involving stolen cars on the Gold Coast.
Officers were called to the intersection of Explorers Way and Fallon Court in Worongary around 1.25am on Wednesday after a blue Ford Ranger hit a pole.
The vehicle had been reported stolen from a property in Witheren around 12.50am.
The male driver, believed to be the only occupant in the vehicle, fled the scene before Police arrived.
Investigations are continuing.
Meantime, several people are on the run after crashing a stolen SUV at Oxenford.
A white Isuzu MUX had been stolen from a business on Brisbane Rd in Biggera Waters around 3.20am.
The vehicle was reportedly seen speeding up the M1 before exiting the motorway at Oxenford.
The Isuzu then veered off Entertainment Drive and crashed into a ditch near Top Golf.
The occupants of the car fled in a second vehicle believed to have been driving in convoy with the Isuzu.
Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to contact them.
