A teenage boy has been injured after a horror crash in Ashmore.
Two cars collided at the intersection of Cotlew St and Patura Drive just after 7pm on Wednesday.
The teenager was trapped in his vehicle for some time before being freed by emergency services.
The male suffered head injuries and was transported to hospital in a stable condition.
A male in his 40s from the other vehicle was taken to hospital in a stable condition.
The road was shut for around an hour as the accident was cleared.
Investigations into the crash are continuing.
