The Gold Coast Titans have locked away one of the game’s most exciting young players with Keano Kini signing a long-term extension with the club.
The 21-year-old was already under contract until the end of 2026, but will now remain at the club until the end of 2030.
Kini has cemented his spot at fullback and is the reigning Paul Broughton medallist after an outstanding 2024 season.
Titans coach Des Hasler said it’s exciting news for Titans fans.
“Keano is still only in the early stages of his NRL career, but he’s already showed that he’s capable of having a huge impact on games,” he said.
“He’s already represented his country at an International level.
“Keano’s professionalism and attitude has made him both a valued and well-liked member of the club both on and off field.
“Family is very important to Keano and he and his partner have just welcomed their first child and it’s great that they’ll be able to continue to raise their family here on the Coast.”
