Controversial adult content creator Bonnie Blue has reignited a fresh storm after revealing plans to again target Schoolies celebrations on the Gold Coast.

The 26-year-old from the UK sparked outrage last year when she put a call out for “barely legal boys” to film videos with during Schoolies week.

It prompted the Federal Government to revoke her 12-month visa on the grounds that she was allegedly planning to work in Australia without the appropriate visa.

But in an interview on A Current Affair on Monday night, Blue declared she was heading back down under in a couple of weeks despite being banned.

“I don’t want to give too much away, but let’s just say I’ve got good lawyers and I will be doing schoolies this year,” she told the program.

“A good lawyer gets you a very long way, maybe even Down Under.

“I’m very excited for Schoolies… I think it’s going to frustrate a lot of parents. This is going to cause the biggest uproar this year.”

Minister for Defence Industry Pat Conroy was remaining tight lipped when questioned about the legality of Blue returning to Australia.

“The person in question doesn’t currently have a visa and ultimately it’s a call for the minister for Home Affairs Tony Burke,” Conroy told Seven.

“I need to be very careful about making public commentary because that could impact on any future action.

“We obviously use the best possible legal resources in Australia, but I have to be very neutral in this context otherwise it could impact any future action”.

Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke has since released a short statement regarding the situation.

“She doesn’t have a visa, she had her last one cancelled, and when you have a visa cancelled you’re excluded from getting another one for 3 years unless you get a waiver”.
