Brooki Bakehouse, the Brisbane-born sensation known for its chunky, gooey cookies and viral social media following, has announced its first-ever location outside of Brisbane. The cult-favourite bakery is heading to the Gold Coast, bringing its signature sweet treats to a whole new audience.

The announcement comes just weeks after Brooki’s founder publicly addressed online accusations of plagiarism, clearing the air and doubling down on the brand’s commitment to originality and quality. Now, the focus shifts to expansion, and GC fans couldn’t be more excited.
