Rugby League fans are in for more than just big tackles at this year’s NRL grand final.
The NRL has scored a major coup, announcing global sensation Teddy Swims as the headline act for the 2025 NRL and NRLW Grand Final entertainment.
The GRAMMY-nominated superstar will light up Sydney’s Accor Stadium on Sunday, October 5, before kicking off his sold-out arena tour across Australia and New Zealand.
Known for fusing pop, soul, R&B and country into one smooth sound, Swims is promising fans a high-energy show to match the intensity of Grand Final day.
“Australia has always been a second home to me. Every time I am there I am overwhelmed by how welcoming the people are, I fall more in love with the culture, and just everything about it,” Swims said.
“So, to be welcomed to perform one of the biggest nights in Australia is a huge honour.”

“Grand Final day is a special event on the sporting calendar, capturing moments that last forever.
“Including a fresh superstar like Teddy Swims alongside some of the best male and female athletes in the world will take the entertainment experience for sports fans to a whole new level.”
