Authorities in the US have released photos of a person of interest in the murder of political activist Charlie Kirk.
The 31-year-old media personality was shot dead while speaking at a university event in Utah on Wednesday.
Police have since recovered the weapon believed to have been used to assassinate the married father-of-two, with the high-powered bolt-action rifle found wrapped in a towel not far from where the shooting took place.
However, the suspect remains on the run.
The FBI has released images of a person they would like to speak with in relation to the shooting as a major manhunt continues.
The man, described as being of “college-age”, can be seen wearing dark clothing including a shirt with the American flag on the front, a cap, and sunglasses.
The FBI has announced a US$100,000 ($150,000) reward for the killer’s apprehension.
We are asking for the public’s help identifying this person of interest in connection with the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University.
