More than 700 homes and businesses across the Gold Coast have woken to no power this morning.
The most affected suburbs include properties at Bonogin and Mudgeeraba.
Energex crews have confired they are working to restore power as soon as possible.
However, at this stage, it’s not exactly clear what has caused the blackout, with investigations ongoing.
