TERMS & CONDITIONS

To be listed in the What’s On Events Calendar and considered for promotion in our daily newsletter, your event must;

  • Be held at a venue within the City of Gold Coast, Tweed Shire or Scenic Rim Council areas.
  • Have a specific start and finish date OR be a regular occurrence at set dates and times.
  • Be at a set location; state-wide events, online webinars, and other virtual events will not be published.
  • Be an open invitation activity that Gold Coast residents and/or visitors to our City can participate in.
  • Be free or have a reasonable cost associated with it.
  • Not be an advertisement for a business.
  • Not be illegal or promote illegal activities.

Events may be excluded at the sole discretion of station management.
