Two men have been charged after being tracked in a stolen car across the Gold Coast.
Police began monitoring the Skoda Octavia, which was allegedly bearing false number plates, on Dreamworld Parkway in Coomera at around 11.10am on Monday.
That vehicle had allegedly been stolen from Commodore Drive in Surfers Paradise on August 23.

The two men then fled on foot.
One of the men, a 35-year-old Parkwood man, was found a short time later inside the shopping centre.
The second man, a 22-year-old Helensvale man, was located on Scottsdale Dr.
The 35-year-old has been charged with seven offences, including two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count each of dangerous driving and possessing dangerous drugs.
The 22-year-old has been charged with six offences, including two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count of dangerous driving.
