A Gold Coaster has become an overnight millionaire after winning the biggest top-prize ever won on an Instant Scratch-Its.
The Miami woman takes home a staggering $1.5 million dollars.
The lucky woman says she purchased the $30 Mega Cash Instant Scratch-Its ticket on a whim from Harbour Town News & Gifts in Biggera Waters.
It is the biggest ever top prize won on a scratchie in Australia.

Speaking to an official from The Lott, the woman says she is keen to give back to her local community and explore more of Australia.
“It’s unbelievable! It’s a huge amount of money! I’m still feeling overwhelmed by it all.
“We’re just very normal people. We don’t want this prize to change us. We want to share the prize with family and take a few holidays. We’ve always wanted to explore more of Australia, and now we can,
“We also have a select few charities that are close to our hearts, including Surf Life Saving Queensland, RSL Queensland and children’s cancer charities. We’ll able to support them more than ever.
“Above everything, we’re feeling eternally grateful.”
Harbour Town News & Giftsstore manager Scott Day says he’s over the moon to discover his outlet had sold a top prize-winning ticket.
“I was so excited when I found out we’d sold the big $1.5 million Instant Scratch-Its ticket! I couldn’t stop screaming, ‘Oh my god!’ around the store,” he said.
“We’ve been telling all our customers the good news and letting them know that dreams really can come true.”
