Music legend Bryan Adams is returning to the Gold Coast for the first time in almost nine years.
The Canadian singer-songwriter will perform a special one-off Bare Bones acoustic show at The Star on Tuesday, March 2, 2027.
It will be the only city where Adams will perform the stripped-back show.
The Gold Coast performance coincides with his wider Roll With The Punches Australian tour, which kicks off in Perth on February 23 before heading to Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne.
His Brisbane show will be at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Monday, March 1, with Aussie pop star Natalie Imbruglia as his support act.
Adams will be here showcasing his new album How’s It Goin’, described as a ‘distinctly Canadian musical landscape’ drawing on country, folk and rock.
“The idea was simply to make a record about Canada,” says Adams.
“It started with writing the song for the documentary Canada’s Wild Eastern Edge, and after doing so much research, I was inspired to start writing more songs about Canada. Musically, it took me somewhere a little different too, which made the whole thing exciting.
Tickets for Adams’ Gold Coast show go on sale at 1pm on Friday for Frontier Members and 2pm on Monday for the general public.
