Gold Coasters are in for a treat today, with the opening of Australia’s biggest Krispy Kreme store in Coomera.
It also marks Krispy Kreme’s first ever Gold Coast drive-thru store, making it easy for sweet tooths to grab a box of the warm, melt-in-your-mouth Original Glazed doughnuts without even having to unbuckle a seatbelt!
Setting up shop on Prosper Avenue, the new store features the iconic “Hot Light” which alerts locals to when a fresh batch of the doughnuts are being made fresh on-site.
The shop also features a glass viewing window showcasing the full doughnut production line, offering locals the opportunity to experience the Krispy Kreme magic and experience first-hand.
“We’re incredibly proud to join the Gold Coast community and look forward to helping locals and travellers make life’s special moments even sweeter – one doughnut at a time,” Krispy Kreme Australia’s Marketing Director Aimee Cutajar said.
“And if you spot the Hot Light on between 5pm-8pm daily, you can redeem a free Original Glazed doughnut with purchase”.
The new store not only adds more glazed goodness to the region, but also brings more than 60 new job opportunities across manufacturing, retail, and management.
