Eight teens charged with murder over Logan party death

Another four teenagers have been charged with murder over the alleged bashing death of a young man at an out-of-control house party in Logan.

The 21-year-old man suffered significant head injuries after allegedly being attacked by a group in Bahrs Scrub on July 26.

He was rushed to hospital in a critical condition where he passed away five days later.

Following investigations, police last week charged four men with murder and one man with contravening an order about information necessary to access information stored electronically.

Further inquiries led Detectives to locating and arresting another four males in Morayfield on Sunday.

The three men aged 18 and one aged 17 have each been charged with murder and are due to appear in court today.
