A man has been arrested on the Gold Coast and charged with the murder of a man in Toowoomba.
Detectives have been investigating the suspicious death of a 48-year-old Hampton man who is believed to have gone missing several weeks ago.
Police yesterday charged a 45-year-old Crows Nest man in Southport with the missing man’s murder.
Police will allege the men are known to each other.
Crime scenes have been established at a property in Hampton as well as a property in Cressbrook Creek, which forensic teams are examining.
The 45-year-old man is expected to appear in Southport Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
