A man has been charged with dozens of offences, accused of breaking into multiple properties across the southeast including on the Gold Coast.
The 24-year-old is alleged to have been involved in a series of break and enters between August 28 and September 12.
The man’s accused of targeting properties in Tallai and Bundall, the Brisbane suburbs of Camp Hill, Stretton and East Brisbane as well as properties in Jimboomba and Boyland.
The Carina Heights man was located by officers and arrested an address in Bellbird Park on Wednesday.
He was charged with a total of 36 offences including seven counts each of burglary, enter premises and commit indictable offence, six counts of stealing, four counts of unauthorised use of motor vehicle, and one count each of wilful damage, trespass, and possess firearm.
The man was scheduled to appear in Ipswich Magistrates Court on Thursday.
Investigations are continuing and police urge anyone with further information related to these incidents to come forward.
