Two businesses damaged in Gold Coast fire

Police are investigating a fire on the northern Gold Coast that has damaged two businesses.

Emergency services were called to an address on Pimpama Jacobs Well Rd in Jacobs Well at 10.08pm on Tuesday.

The blaze had started in the roof of a real estate agency before spreading to a second business.

Fire crews extinguished the blaze a short time later, with Police declaring a crime scene.

No one was injured in the blaze, with investigations into the cause ongoing.

Police are appealing for anyone with information or with relevant CCTV footage to contact them.
