Traffic chaos at busy Gold Coast intersection after multi-vehicle crash

Congestion is piling up along several major Gold Coast roads following a nasty crash this morning.

Four cars collided at the intersection of Bundall Road and Ashmore Road in Bundall just after 9am.

Traffic has been brought to a stop in both directions on Bundall Road, as well as eastbound Ashmore Road and westbound on Salerno Street.

Emergency crews are on scene.
