A high-rise building on the Gold Coast has been evacuated following a blaze inside a unit.
Emergency crews were called to a tower off Hooker Boulevard in Broadbeach around 10.10am after flames erupted from the seventh floor.
All residents have been forced to evacuate.
Seven fire crews are on the scene at the time of writing.
Queensland Ambulance is on standby, with no reports at this stage of any injuries.
