A man has died after a horror traffic incident on the Gold Coast.
Queensland Police have confirmed emergency services were called to Bushmead Street in Nerang around 12.15pm on Wednesday following reports a man had become trapped against a lamp-post by a trailer which had rolled down a hill.
The 43-year-old suffered significant internal injuries and couldn’t be saved.
The Forensic Crash Unit is now investigating the incident, with a heavy police presence being reported in the area.
