Pair assisting police over man's stabbing death in Logan

A man and woman are being questioned by police over the stabbing death of a man in Logan.

Emergency crews were called to a home on Lubach Street in Beenleigh around 4.45pm on Tuesday following reports a 66-year-old man had sustained puncture wounds.

CPR was performed at the scene, but the man couldn’t be revived and died a short time later.

Investigations are ongoing, with police appealing for anyone with relevant information or CCTV to come forward.
