Police probe after man shot at rural Logan property

A man has been rushed to hospital after being shot at a rural property in Logan.

Emergency crews were called to a home on Morris Creek Road at Munruben around 8.30pm on Tuesday following reports a man had been shot.

Upon arrival, they found a 42-year-old suffering non-life-threatening injuries.

He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital for further treatment.

A 30-year-old man was taken into custody at the scene but has been released without charge while investigations continue.

Police say there’s no further information at this time.
