Police probe after suspicious blaze engulfs Logan business

A crime scene has been declared at a business in Logan following a suspicious fire overnight.

Emergency crews were called to a shop on the corner of Logan Road and Harris Road at Underwood around 3am following reports of a large blaze.

Upon arrival, they found the business partially engulfed in flames, but firefighters managed to extinguish the blaze by around 3.30am.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Police say the inferno is being treated as suspicious, with investigators appealing for anyone with relevant information or dashcam/CCTV footage to come forward.
