A manhunt is underway following a series of robberies at collectables stores across the Gold Coast and south Brisbane this morning.
A balaclava-clad group forced their way into a collectables store on Olsen Avenue at Southport at around 1.40am Tuesday, where they stole a safe containing valuable trading-cards, before fleeing in a white hatchback with no registration plates.
Another store on John Lund Drive at Hope Island was then targeted at around 2.30am, where a group of people again stole a safe filled with valuable trading cards.
At around 3.30am, the masked offenders forced entry to a third collectables store on Jackson Road at Sunnybank.
The group stole several replica firearms before fleeing in the white hatchback.
Police are now appealing to anyone with information, dash-camera or phone footage in relation to any of these offences, to come forward.
Investigations continue.
