Two teenagers have died in a horror crash between an e-bike and motorbike in Logan.
Police say initial investigations suggest a Harley Davidson motorcycle was travelling along Middle Road in Greenbank around 9pm on Thursday when it overtook another vehicle.
The motorbike then collided with an e-bike travelling in the opposite direction.
“It’s believed the e-bike did not have headlights on at the time of the collision,” Queensland Police said.
The girl and boy riding the e-bike both died at the scene, while the rider of the motorbike, a man in his 50s, was taken to hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the incident and are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has relevant footage to come forward.
Investigations are continuing.
