Police have confirmed they’re investigating a crash in Burleigh Heads overnight.
A woman was driving a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer when she ploughed into a construction site at the on-ramp of Oyster Creek Drive around 11pm.
The 33-year-old Robina woman, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was assessed at the scene.
She was then taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital for treatment.
Investigations are ongoing.
