Detectives are investigating the discovery of a woman’s body at a unit in Southport.
Police and emergency services were called to the unit on Scarborough St around 8.50am on Friday after receiving reports that a woman had been found dead inside.
A crime scene has been declared at the scene with investigations ongoing.
No further details have been released.
Police are appealing for anyone with any further information or with any relevant vision to contact them.
