Police have laid a string of charges against a driver accused of a wild road rage incident at a drive-thru restaurant in Robina.
The man is accused of ramming his Nissan Patrol several times into the car in front of him while in line at the GYG last Saturday night.
He is also alleged to have threatened the driver of the other vehicle with a screwdriver.
That driver suffered minor injuries in the incident and was treated at the scene by paramedics.
The incident was caught on mobile phone video, which shows the driver of the Nissan abandoning his vehicle.
Following investigations, a 29-year-old Lower Beechmont man handed himself into Police.
He’s since been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and intending fear with a weapon.
He is due to face court on July 22.
