Gold Coast home destroyed in massive blaze

Investigations will continue today after a home in the Gold Coast Hinterland was gutted by fire.

Emergency crews rushed to the property along Hoop Pine Court at Advancetown around 12.30pm on Tuesday.

Upon arrival, they found the house fully engulfed in flames with multiple fire crews needed o battle the blaze.

Part of the roof collapsed in the inferno, however, thankfully no one was injured as the home is believed to have been abandoned.

The cause of the blaze is yet to be determined.
