An 18-year-old driver has been busted allegedly over the limit after a nasty crash on the M1.
The two-car collision happened southbound at Coomera at around 9.30 last night.
The impact caused one of the vehicles to spin and face the wrong way and the other ended up in a ditch.
One of the drivers, an 18-year-old man, was breath-tested and allegedly blew over the limit.
He’s been issued a notice to appear at Southport Magistrates court on December 6.
The teen has also been charged with wilful damage, with police alleging he pulled on the handle of the police car so hard it came off.
